Natural History
Natural History curators at the Royal BC Museum are dedicated to preserving, understanding, and displaying specimens from British Columbia’s unique ecosystems and geology, from deepest history to the present day.
The Natural History collection includes fossils, minerals, marine life, and regional plants and insects. We offer engaging educational programs for schools and families, and regularly assist researchers with specimen loans to advance our shared understanding of the natural world.
